A native of Tulsa, OK, Aaron left his home for 15 years to pursue a successful career on both coasts of the United States, including nearly a decade in Silicon Valley at Apple. In 2018, he returned home and launched Tulsa Remote, a program that reverses the trend of economic migration by incentivizing talented remote workers to live and work from Tulsa. The first of its kind, Tulsa Remote is still the gold standard in a new era of economic development… focusing on individuals instead of companies.
The program has welcomed over 500 new citizens and has put Tulsa on the map as the city to watch in middle America. Aaron now works with cities across the world who want to learn how to attract the talent usually concentrated in major cities.
